Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping within Europe
Shipping costs within EUROPE are displayed at checkout, depending on the chosen products.
Shipping within Romania is free of charge for orders value over 120 EUR.
Shipping outside Europe
For the moment, we only ship within Europe using our website checkout option. If you want us to ship outside Europe, please send us a message and we will manually register your order.
Custom and semi custom graphic refunds / changes
Refunds can be made if no work has been done to your order. From the day you order your graphic kit you have 30 days to do your changes until the deposit get invalid. If you decide to sell your bike or change bike in the middle of the design process additional fees will have to be added to adjust for the extra time spent re-designing your kit. Please be careful and write the correct information in your order placed on the website. We will use this information to make your design and have it fit your specific bike.
The time spent on the design process should be reasonable both for you and us. If an unreasonable amount of change requests are made, an additional fee can be added to the total cost of the kit. After the design has been completed you got 3 revisions (changes) to change the kit. It is very important that you give us a good explanation of what you want your kit to look like, to get the best experience
Standard production time is approximately 6-8 days.
Shipping time is estimated to 2-5 days, depending on where you live.
Let’s Ride SRL will replace any product that has a different graphic than the one agreed with the user or any products that has any defects. These will be replaced at no cost for the user, only after the products will be return in the initial state, without being used. All products have 14 days limited warranty from the date of delivery (unless provided otherwise) for manufacturer’s defects or errors (you received an incorrect or defective item) only.
Letsridegraphics.com is not accountable for improper installation of graphics, damage to them due to faulty installation techniques, or regular wear and tear and race abrasions. Please double check your order form before placing it, as your order will be printed with the color choices, race number, template, spelling and logos that you specified. Once your order is printed no changes can be made. After receiving the product, please make sure that the material is free from any flaws and the fitment is as ordered. Once you have started to install or use our product, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange it. Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom made products for any reason other than error on our part as they are custom made for each customer. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not been processed yet by writing us an e-mail within 24h from the order date. If you’re cancelling the order when the designing has been started, 25% will be withheld as a designing fee. There will be an extra 50EUR charge for a new design in case you decide to completely change the one that’s already has been made.
